Delhi Development Authority’s much awaited new housing scheme is getting delayed over time. The new update is DDA will launch new housing scheme for over 13000 flats after the MCD elections. The elections for Municipal corporation is going to be held on April 22, so the speculation is the new scheme will be announced in the last week of April.
DDA has roped in eight banks from which the forms for DDA Housing Scheme 2017 will be available. There are 3 government banks and 5 private banks from which DDA housing scheme 2017 forms will be available.

- Axis Bank
- Yes Bank
- Bank of Baroda
- State Bank of India
- IDBI Bank
The application forms for DDA Housing Scheme 2017 will be available at select branches of these banks. According to sources 48 branches of Yes Bank, 28 branches of Central Bank of India, 99 branches of Bank of Baroda, 84 of IDBI bank, 50 of Kotak Mahindra Bank , 118 of Axis Bank, 29 of State Bank of India, 6 of HDFC will be on board.
These banks will also provide online booking facility through which you can fill application for for DDA housing scheme 2017 online and pay the registration amount online. The refund after unsuccessful draw will be made to the banks account of applicants which is filled while online application.

Cost of DDA Forms 2017: This time, the cost of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 application form will be Rs. 150/-. If you prefer to download the DDA form online, then you can pay form fees while submitting the DDA form to the authority.
The good part about DDA online form 2017 is, by mistake if an applicant pay the fees online and Rs. 150/- gets deducted from his bank account, then the concerned bank will refund this amount unless or until he has not filled the form completely. You need not to visit the DDA office for refund.
