BSHB Bihar State Housing Board has launched a new housing scheme at Dalpatpur, Ara locations of Bihar. The name of the scheme is Bihar Awasiya Yojana at Dalpatpur, Ara. The board invites applications from the general public of Bihar for the allotment of residential flats under Bihar State Housing Board New Housing Scheme 2017. A total of 1054 flats are on offer under the scheme. Registration for the Dalpatpur Ara scheme under Bihar Awasiya Yojana has already been started on 26 January 2017. The last date for the application is 20 March 2017. Applicants who are willing to book a flat under Bihar State Housing Borad Housing Scheme 2017, can apply for the same on or before the last date.

The flats under BSHB new housing scheme 2017 are available in 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK type. Out of the total flats, 504 are available as 2 BHK flats, 486 are available as 3BHK flats and 64 are available as 4BHK type. The area of  2BHK flats will be 980.24 square feet, 3 BHK flats will be 1134 square feet and 4 BHK flats will be 1754 square feet.

In order to apply for Bihar State Housing Board Housing Scheme 2017, application form has to be purchased from the following bank branches by paying a Rs. 2000/-:
